Awesome view, extremely large room given the low price. It was very clean and tidy and far better than expected. Great view of the beautiful nearby neon lights. Would have stayed longer if I could have. Location near Fremont makes this a convenient place to crash. Of course, there is noise from Fremont itself and the rooftop pool at all hours of the day and into the night, so bring a white noise machine or earplugs if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel restaurant and location were perfect. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The little things do matter and the staff sure understood this!

They upgraded us to the new constructed tower at no charge. Staff was great and felt welcome. Plenty of places to eat and visit within walking distance.

It was perfect for me. Thebroom did have some scuff marks on the walls. Bedding and bathroom were clean and fresh. Ac worked well. Nice pool.

Lady who checked me in was condescending and sarcastic. I was having trouble understanding all the charges on my deposit.

My room was less than ideal. It was dirty, clear stains on some of the surfaces - as well as dirty shoe marks in my shower. It was also incredibly loud - I understand it’s Vegas, but invest in some double pane windows.

Arrived early after having discussed paying for early check in (even prior to booking months prior). Upon arrival, did not give us the early check in option and waited with all our bags for 4 hours in the lobby. Was told that they would notify me through text when the room was ready. After not receiving any message passed the regular 3 pm check in time, went up and was told it was ready an hour prior. Cleanliness: furniture very dusty, bathroom not the cleanest. Shower had a lot of hair in it from the previous tenant. Late check out. Wanted to explore more of Vegas. Went early morning to the front desk, asked about late check out and reception was very rude and short with me. Overall, not the best experience.

Our room never would cool down. Lowest it got was 73..out of 3 elevators only one worked. That was a huge inconvenience. Our room key cards got deactivated before it was even check out time so we got locked out of our room

Hotel was too loud. Club across the street shook the walls and windows until after 4am. Was charged for valet when I used self parking.

I enjoyed where the location was and the hotel itself was very clean but most of the weekend only one elevator was working for a 16 floor hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place this isn’t it.

I thought my room would have a microwave and a refrigerator and coffee maker but none were in the room.

We loved our stay at the downtown grand we got the gallery tower room and it was awesome really clean and renovated

It is the First Time we stayed in Downtown, and we appreciate . Freemont expérience is 3 minutes away by foot. Hôtel is clean and confortable.

We stayed in the grand studio king room. It was a quite spacious corner room with lots of light. Nice view of slot zilla and Fremont. Great location. Only a short block to Fremont Experience but far enough that the noise level wasn't too bad. The room was clean, a little wear but okay.

The staff are nothing short of amazing every individual performed above and beyond the normal! Starting with Gregory who delt with a very difficult check-in with an extreme level of professionalism and a level of customer service that is not the normal today. Ending with Christina (i believe) in security who expedited the return of several items forgotten in our room. And everything about the property wasn't 3 Star It was 5 Star. Only suggestion: Keep the pool open a little later Thank you, The Diumenti family

I only have two problems with our room. One is that the room didn't have a mini-fridge. I didn't think to verify that because I am used to hotel rooms having one. The other problem is the plug set-up. There was an alarm clock with power and USB plugs. The alarm clock wasn't plugged in, so we had to move a beg to plug it in. The power plugs on the alarm clock didn't work, but the USB plugs did. There was one power plug on the lamp. My phone charger is USC to USC, so I needed a power plug. I had to plug my phone into the lamp. The width of my charger plug made it difficult to plug it into the lamp. My daughter plugged her phone into the alarm clock. I also have a CPAP machine. We had to move the bed again to get it plugged in. They should have a surge protector or something along those lines so that travelers can plug in all their devices.

I love the location of this hotel. Walking distance from Fremont street. Hotel is small and clean. Love the roof top pool deck.

Super affordable and clean rooms. Definitely enjoyed my stay here with no issues.

The double security for the rooms was something new to me, stunning views, quiet interiors great experience.

The hotel was nicely appointed and the staff were great. However, being kept awake until after 2am due to the 100,000 watts of bass speakers next door at the Golden Spike was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Vegas…and I stay every month. The mirrors in the bathroom and pictures on the wall were vibrating all night from the excessive sound levels.

The room was very clean. Price was reasonable. The booking pics made it seem like it was an upgraded room. But it seemed like every other room in the hotel. All the basic amenities. And the "free breakfast" was a stand in line for a bagel, small regular coffee and yogurt. Had I known, I would have not upgraded. Over all, still pleased with stay.

It was great but please upgrade to alarm clocks that have usb ports for charging devices

Was great. The only thing that was dissapointing was we were not aloud to pull a lay down chair out to enjoy the pool. They only had 10 chairs available the rest were blocked off and no one was using them.. thats the only negative.

Service on the casino floor was abominable. The hotel service (i.e., front desk and bell hop) as well as the hotel room was excellent. Totally worth the value to stay here for the accommodation and $2 hotdogs, but not worth spending any time gambling.

The room was great. Clean & comfortable. The only issue was the parting noise at night but it wasnt so bad that it kept us from sleeping

Really friendly and helpful staff, free parking, plenty of lights and nightlife. Bed was great.
