The breakfast was great, the room excellent The only thing I had a problem with was the TV being out from Saturday to Tuesday. When I went to the front desk to ask if it was being worked on or when it would be back, noone seemed to have an answer and then magically it worked when I turned it on Tuesday morning. Communication could be better needless to say.

Friendly staff, hot continental breakfast. I read the reviews before booking and let me tell you it was definitely way better than I expected. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Did not get to use the shuttle to the parks but loved that it would be an option. Definitely would book here again.

Good location, staff works really hard to keep facilities clean. Every day I saw them working hard to keep the lobby clean. I can tell they work together as a team to keep the rooms clean.
My biggest issue was the thin walls! First couple of nights were great since no one was neighboring our room but once the neighboring room became occupied it ruined my stay completely. It was just my daughter and I during the stay but you could hear the full conversation of a grown man next door until 12 am. The next day he decided to have his tv on all the way up until 3 am so unfortunately I only slept for a total for 15 minute's of sleep when our AC would turn on to cover the noise from next door. Our flight left early so I literally got no sleep on the last night thanks to our loud neighbors. Walls are too thin!! If you’re looking for a good nights rest it depends on what time your neighbor decides to be considerate.
Location is good though. Rooms aren’t inside it’s like an inn/ motel.

Very noisy. Clark at check in was rude, customer service when I called to add another night to my stay not only lied, but was very unpleasant. Bath tub was broken, and bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel is very out dated. The room was a double bed suite. The beds were small and very hard, uncomfortable to sleep on. The room had a very foul odor. The bathroom is very small. For the price I paid per night, I thought the room would be in much better condition. I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel and room.

Wasn’t worth the money, pool was closed and wasn’t notified or noted anywhere, main reasons we chose that hotel was bc of our kids and the pool. The sheets had stains on it, old chipped paint everywhere. Mold in the bathroom. Just not good!

Pool was not open the first day. I was there from Thursday to Sunday and there was no room service provided at all. Snack and or ice machines were provided on every floor, however one was broken on each floor. Caution tape was on the rails of the walkway, not sure what was broken but it didn’t look safe.

Nice place to stay. Very good value. Clean and very well maintained. Convenient location. The breakfast is all right, though in a crowded space. The only negatives was that one of the two beds had a mattress that should be retired from service, caved-in. The other mattress was good. Also the light bulbs are somewhat dim, higher wattage would be appreciated. I will return in the future to this inn.

For the price it was in an area that I wouldn’t say was to safe. Might be wrong. Staff was super nice. Facility was run down.

We have stayed here twice. This time we were on the third floor. I like this better as it was quieter, and I felt a little safer (even know it is safe here. It was probably the noise from the cars.).The room was larger and cleaner than the bottom floor.

FYI: I’m a single female traveler
I felt safe at this hotel! It can be hard to determine a good place to stay alone but I had no issues safety wise. It’s fairly close to all of the Disney parks but is far enough away that you can stop somewhere to eat or get gas and not have to pay Disney prices. That being said, it is a cheaper hotel so you get what you get. I had no issues and will likely stay here again.

I liked that it was located near a lot of areas to dine and eat at .Not far for the places I wanted to visit ,my suite was very spacious :) what I didn't like was the shower ,when I went to take a shower either the water too hot or to cold no in between so it was hard to take a bath but other than that it was great stay .

Motel is old but the room was clean, the bed was ok, area is pretty good with plenty restaurantes close by .

The people were very welcoming and efficient. They made you feel you were in the right place.
The room was great, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding fresh and clean. We haven't had breakfast yet, so I can not comment on it, other than we really enjoy the convenience of having it included.

Overall not bad for the price and just staying for one night.
I didn't love how noisy it was from the highway and only 1 elevator at the far end from my room on the 3rd floor.
Otherwise it was clean, check-in and check-out was easy, and a good location from the Disney parks! I'd stay again in a pinch!

This was a clean motel, great customer service and fantastic breakfast included. They had free scheduled shuttle busses for transportation to Disney, Universal and a few other places. Laundry facilities on site that were clean and reasonably priced. Lots of stores around like Walmart, Target, dollar stores, souvenir shops... walkable distance for most. Avoid cabs as they gouge un orices... use Uber

The price was high for the quality of the room we stayed in. We had a 2 doubles room and one of the mattress felt like it had a hole in it on one side of the bed. I pulled the sheets back and it looked fine but to sleep on it felt like I was being swallowed up by the bed. The room was a bit musty smelling and the heater didn’t work. The room seemed clean but outdated. The towels were very worn. Some had stains and holes in them. The staff was nice and the location is great. The water pressure for the shower was great. We would consider staying there again at half the price and a different bed and a working ac unit.

Most definitely staying again for my next visit to orlando. Staff super friendly and room was ready and was able to check in early. Did not find anything bad everything was great and the breakfast was amazing!!!
