Don’t be fooled by the attractive appearance! NEVER rent from Zynng Living aka “Jill”. You will get NO SERVICE if there is a problem & THERE WILL BE A PROBLEM. The listing is a blatant misrepresentation. I chose it for parking & 2 sleeping areas. I didn’t get either! They don’t mention the parking only works for tiny vehicles. A normal car can’t get out without scratching the side of the car. They advertise 2 sleeping areas but the sofa bed doesn’t have a usable mattress! My friend had to sleep on the floor! They are a corporation NOT a person named Jill. They are in NYC or out of the country- NOT IN LOS ANGELES. They will only give you the run-a-round & never help to solve a problem in a tangible way. Then they blame YOU for expecting what they said they offered! Caused me much aggravation & wasted time on my vacation! Phony, dishonest people with no clue about customer service.! Also, don’t mention the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Also skimpy on towels and soap & never heard of a bathmat so you don’t slip in the tub! I had to go buy these & got a $58 ticket for parking during street cleaning while paying for the non- usable parking spot! The unit was very clean but I rate them as TERRIBLE over all. And this is the short version of how awful they were!
