This property rental gave us everything we were looking for. The pictures were exactly what we found at the property. Frank was extremely informative and communicated with us very well. The condo is in excellent shape. The view is amazing. Our family would definitely rent again. We love it here!

I could not have asked for a better long weekend getaway! A beautiful condo to stay in. The condo was clean and just as described. Easy to check in and out. John is great to communicate with and gives you all the information you need so you are set up for a relaxing stay! Elevators are quick in this building, easy to get your car unloaded and loaded with plenty of luggage carts available and ready to use. The beach is easy to access. The weather was great! I would definitely come back to stay here in this very condo or building if this condo isn’t available next time!

The owners of this property know what their customers are looking for! And they do a great job of catering to their guests. Updated, clean, organized, beautiful and clutter free. Celadon 1707 has a very relaxing, calming interior and a stunning view! Great location!

Perfect in every way! Bring your own beach towels and check in at the chair cabana to get your reserved chairs and parasol. No rushing downstairs at 8 am to get chairs! Great wifi to work remote.

Rented this condo for a Mothers Day getaway with my Mom. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick. The condo was exactly as pictured. The space feels updated, clean, and comfortable. The unit is close to the elevator for convenience, but far enough away to avoid any noise. Elevators came quickly, had air conditioning, and the walk from the elevator to the beach or pool was just a few steps. Beach area is well maintained, and the inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella was so helpful! The complex is located just outside of the most congested/traffic areas of PCB, which we appreciated. Would rent again.

The bedding in this property was horrible. The mattress had a huge dip and my wife and I had four very uncomfortable nights of sleep to the point that we left a day earlier because of aching backs. The owner purchased a mattress pad of which we moved to the sofa sleeper but still did not help.
The condo also had poor amenities such a cheap soap and hard towels that need to be updated as well as the patio chairs, table and the sofa in the living room was worn and dirty. This condo should be renovated and brought up to better quality standards. The drain in the hallway bathroom was clogged and the water took a long time to drain. The pans in the kitchen were too old and burned. I was dissuaded from cooking and the glassware was mixed-matched. The owners have a lot of work to do on this condo. It seems as if it was a starter condo or inherited from someone.
I’m used to staying in Seaside and Watercolor but only stayed in Panama because of Seabreeze Jazz Festival. I was totally dissatisfied.

We had a great experience staying in PCB. It was easy to get from the parking lot to the building, unit was well appointed and clean and decorated great. Love the view! Love that chair/umbrellas were included. Pools fun! Close to everything but chill atmosphere :)

The condo is exactly like it is listed! So comfortable, so clean, everything you need, and the views are amazing. So many great things all walking distance as well! Highly recommend Mikes Oysters if you love oysters. They are HUGE, so good, and the service is amazing. Thanks so much for everything. We did not want to leave! Thanks again. We will be back!

Had a wonderful time despite getting rained out of our golf game. Frank was great to work with- we loved the condo, Beach sitting and the views from the balcony. Elevator was busy at times- but with a full building that is to be expected. Highly recommend!!

This was such a sweet charming condo. Beautiful views, well accommodated condo. Couldn’t have asked for more. Frank was quick to answer questions and provide suggestions of local restaurants. Our little family enjoyed our visit and loved ever minute of it!

This condo had all the things one could need for a vaca in PCB. It was away enough from the hustle that it was quiet yet close enough to enjoy the city too! The first morning we spotted a stingray because the water was so crystal clear!! We had 4 days of double red flags but the kids were happy with the sand and heated pool. A well stocked kitchen with a small supply of toliet paper/paper towels/dish soap/dishwasher soap to get you started. Grocery stores near to meet the rest of your needs! Don't forget your beach towels though!! We took advantage of the chairs and umbrella on the beach. First come, first served so be there by 9 to be sure you're covered! Frank was very quick to respond to all questions. The only negative was the elevators were sometimes slow but they worked all day and got them back to functioning!!

He gives great restaurant recommendations and always replys right away. Love it down here in PCB! We can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I were celebrating our 39th anniversary and we couldn't have found a better place. This is a very clean, cozy, peaceful, and beautiful place to stay. Frank, the owner was one of the best hosts that I have ever come in contact with. Any question that I had was answered promptly from the best places to dine. Thank you, looking forward to returning.
