The space was perfect for my needs. Loved it! I will definitely recommend for short or long term stays.

My son and I stayed in this unit for two months. Perfect location near everything youMay need. Short stroll to Fenway Park to catch the socks. Had a few minor issues that were quickly corrected by management. Overall this unit was exactly what we needed.

Wonderful property in a very walkable area. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby. Very easy to check in and great communication from owner when I had questions.

The location was great for access to public transportation. The host was communicative and clear in their instructions. They provided lots of helpful information about Boston. The bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Some of the furnishings were quite cheap. The couch in the listing, when pulled out, was in poor shape. Its mattress was not thick enough to create a flat surface for sleeping. We had to get creative with the couch cushions to make as flat a surface as we could. The water pressure for the shower was not great, and the water did not always stay as hot as we would have liked. Lastly, the host asked us to pick up the key at a location 4 Charlie metro stops away. This was difficult and irritating due to our luggage and heavy rain on the day we had to return the key. Our conclusion was that despite the great location, this place was more trouble than it was worth for the high price we paid. For that price and the high cleaning fee, we should not have to pick up the key, take out our own trash, or sleep as uncomfortably as we did on the couch.
