Stayed here as a solo woman traveller and had a really comfortable experience. The hotel felt safe and secure, which was very important to me. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend it to other women travelling alone.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The overall ambience was pleasant, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.
A very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

The purpose of our visit was to visit the Tirumala temple; therefore, we were looking for a hotel at the foothills of Tirupati. Location is ideal. They should mention the distance to Tirumala from the hotel. The bed was decently arranged. Good that they provided a kettle for boiling water and tea/coffee. This was useful. Staff were friendly.
- The tea cups in the room were stained and appeared not so clean. We had to ask them to replace them, but we got steel cups instead (See photo)
- had to request for toilet paper
- Stained towels (See photo)
- The bathroom was not very clean, and there was no place to hang towels, as well as no place to store shampoo and soap inside the shower area. (See photo)
- TV noise from other rooms
- Water leak below the sink
