Fancy bathroom. Comfiest bed. Loved the mood lighting. Kitchen fully stocked. Coffee was top-notch. TV is huge even though I was too busy to watch anything. Felt safe. Close to downtown by 1 mile. Walking distance to arsenal cider house.
Apple Road is currently under construction. Watch for pipes and large machines.

The apartment is super cleaned and very cozy! I would definitely come back!
Nothing to complain. I would just add for those adventurous tourists who use public transportations to get off the RTA in Ohio City instead of W 65th st Lorien when coming from the airport. And also to walk toward Ohio city instead of the opposite direction.

The place is nicely done, clean and comfortable
Location, could have been informed of the on going construction on the block. I had to go around in circles to find the right street as it was blocked off. and then the construction noise woke me up early in the morning.

Good location for access to public bus to get downtown. Bus stop 1.5 blocks away 44th/Lorain. 10 min ride bus #22. Saves on parking a car downtown or for arenas or games. Felt safe as a single female. Very clean apt. Comfy bed. It was helpful to have laundry equip in apt for my 5 nt stay. Quick responses from Cody on any questions via messaging. Easy to find street parking for my car each day. Quiet street in general. Easy to find location and good access to major roads. Spacious kitchen/bathroom. Well appointed kitchen as I did cook often in apt. Strong wi-fi connection. Easy walk distance to good neighborhood restaurant/West Side Market. Would stay again.
Upstairs neighbor(s) pretty noisy walking around on nights 1-2....much improved on 3-5.

It is a very cozy place, a quiet street with a friendly neighborhood cat, and a huge kitchen, and both the bed and the sofa are comfortable.
The check-in and check-out were smooth and contactless. Cody (the host) was friendly and accommodating; he replied quickly and answered all of my questions

Clean apartment, spacious, modern. Close to restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Cody was responsive and we had no issues. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again.
Paid for reserved parking but I didn't use it, obviously that is my fault. It just wasn't needed, plenty of street parking. People upstairs were noisy for a Wednesday night, well after midnight. Also not the owners fault.

A great value for being close to everything. Really enjoyed the b& g bar and grill which is just moments way. Also some nice little restaurants within walking distance. And probably one of the most comfortable beds and pillows that I've ever had at a hotel slash b&b
That I couldn't stay an extra night 😥 but since this is a hidden gem I'm not surprised.

No a/c. Thankful for bedroom ceiling fan during mild evenings. Mattress might need replacing.

It was immaculately clean! Everything needed and more was provided. Very comfortable stay.
The neighborhood may look a bit sketchy at first, but all the other houses around seemed to have nice families living all around.

Property location was convenient for us. The rental was clean and quiet.
Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud occasionally. The area was a bit rough.

Cute place, well decorated and very comfortable. On street parking, quick trip to Westside Market and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Walking distance to a few restaurants that were quite good.
Narrow street. Adult child spent most of her time at a friend's house but when she slept at our rental, she found the couch bed uncomfortable.

It’s a sweet little apartment on the first floor. Quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown. I could even walk to the West Market - although that might be too far for some. Its a transitional neighborhood but I never felt unsafe. Easy street parking too.
