Bellissima casa vista stupenda

Preciosa casa con mucho gusto y con unas vistas estupendas. Camas comodisimas.

Katia et Flavio ont été très prévenants en nous indiquant ce qu'il y avait de plus beau à voir à proximité. L'appartement est très agréable et calme. Décoré avec goût. Une adresse à garder !

Les séjours sont toujours trop courts ...

The house accommodates up to 5 People. It has a terrace and it is beautifully decorated. Also, has a nice view.

It is not in Portovenere... it's in the Middle of the Woods with (as the host told us) boars roaming around the proprerty. When i searched for accommodation in Portovenere, this came up. But it's closer to La Spezia than Portovenere. There are no options for you at night. There are no restaurants nearby. Access is only possible with personal means of transport. It is registered a beach nearby by the host - my guess is that it's calculated in straight line, on a map. Because no beeches are accessible in a short walk from the property. Although we paid with at least one month in advance, when we got there (1st of january 2025) house was cold as ice - it's a coastal lodge made from stone. Of course, it got a little bit hotter only the second night (and our last night before checking out... ) When we searched for accommodation, we looked for properties with parking spots. Although this accommodation has a garage, we were directed by the host to park on the side of the road... right beside a Cliff :)))! What happens when pther cars are parked there? The accommodation doesn't have anymore parking.... ?!?!?! Considering that the host has falsely advertised the cabin's location, ammenities and also got startled by the boars, we tried to get to a resolve with booking before the first night, but they didnt answer... Be aware that i tried (before talking with booking) to get to a conclusion with the host - right then, at the checkin, but the host suddenly didnt know how to speak english... (before this we have good convos on whatsapp...)... it was a very awkward experience. Although has a nice view, it is mislading... P.s. host was pressuring us to leave the property telling us that if it is not what we expected he will fully reimburse us, with "no penalties" ?!?!? (I have print screens of conversation with owner/host, print screens with location of cabin and also all conversations with booking - some of them i already sent)
