Very nice looking room and villa outside

The property was amazing nice clean in a nice area. The Host Hichaam was professional got in touch before our stay to confirm our arrival and the manager Younes was very helpful offered to help out in anything we needed in and outside of our villa

Beautiful Villa. Mohamed the security is an amazing man who made our stay memorable and amazing !! Thank you Mr Mohamed we love and appreciate you. We had a lovely lady who made us food - Nadia. Beautiful soul beautiful human. Thank you for helping save our stay in the villa

Villa rules that was not stated before arrival turned the holiday and Villa stay very bitter. Manager was very rude to us and made us waste a lot of time when we could be experiencing the Villa that was not cheap to stay in. On top of the disrespect from the manager called Yousef the Villa owner Hisham stepped in and made things a lot lighter to manage. Even though the main issue was not resolved causing me to spend more money, he was a lot more respectful and easier to deal with. One thing that put me off is the amount you pay to stay in the villa and the extra costs of things when it should all be inclusive. Adding hot water to a Jacuzzi shouldn’t be €50. Happy to have experienced the Villa but would not recommend to tourists especially with a manager like that. No customer service experience what so ever. Luckily I come from a Moroccan background and found the situation got dealt with a little nicer because of this. Happy my friends was not alone during this trip. Again a huge thank you to Mohamed and Nadia ! We are soooooo thankful for your guys. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
