The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with a kitchenette, fire place and personal touches. The farm surroundings were beautiful and the walk along the river was very pretty.
The restaurant on the property served well priced tasty meals with gluten free options. The hosts Janice and Don were very friendly giving us advice about the area and Don was clued up on food allergies which was most refreshing.
It was a good location close to Kamberg and Nottingham Road.
We loved everything

This venue provides excellent value for money in a peaceful rural setting. The unit was clean and neat, with some nice "homey" touches, and decorated by someone (probably our host, Janice) with excellent taste - the mix of older and newer furniture works very well. We were looking for a restful venue "far from the madding crowd", and we got just that. Janice was helpful, without being intrusive. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here.
The shower is a bit small for a walk-in shower, so water sprays out onto the floor outside the shower - a potential slipping hazard!
