The Toyal lion is quintessential Old world charm the antique furnishings and old prints of Lyme Regis add to the atmosphere .

We only had 3 days to stay.

Wellll...the fact it felt like staying in an historic working establishment and one could read and learn about the place at any point during the day. The room we stayed was spacious and really comfortable AND... the BATH...!!!!!!!!!! Soo, glad we went to Lush for bath bombs...!! Enjoyed Breakfast so much we wanted to hang out until lunch, but the really lovely staff had to prepare for a wedding reception and based on the style of the room am sure it turned out beautifully.

The fact we had to leave, it was so centrally located with parking at the back of the hotel it allowed time for exploration.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was good.

The room was very small and a little outdated. The bathroom was also quite small, but adequate.
