nice clean small property
the extension policy in this hotel is horrible. horrible breakfast. services are not prompt. can’t even get water in 20 mins

The staff were friendly and hard working, but you can tell they are not well supported/working under difficult circumstances.
This place is clearly cost cutting. Thing is, the price of the stay doesn't match the experience. I travel to Kolkata monthly and won't stay again. Only because of a series of small issues which in themselves are no big deal, but when combined diminish the experience.

TV not working, Bad condition of bathroom and living room bed. Telephone also not working condition

room service was very bad , they dont have a room service number .
all orders are taken in reception .
even mineral water is served in 2hours or not even served. non dependable room service.
city view room is east facing and all sun rays come in room @ 5:30am.. hopeless u cant sleep abobe 5:30 am.
a house keeping staff is found sleeping at reception table fro. 5:30 to 7:30am and he doesn’t bothers if you wake him up as he closes the main entrance and u can’t leave hotel for a morning walk even..
