Good location
Unfortunately the washing machine was not working.

Location between the old town & stations.
Facilities.
Quiet despite concerns about activity outside the window
Being on the ground floor with people in the area outside. I prefer fresh air at night but did not have the window open due to expected noise and perceived security threat. One window does not latch sufficiently to be secure. Its lock is broken.
More complete curtain screening please.

Excellent location in the heart of Riga Old Town.
The ventilation was insufficient, and the room became quite hot and uncomfortable. Opening the window helped with the temperature, but then the noise from the Old Town nightlife was clearly audible in the room, making it difficult to sleep.

Everything is newly renovated, very clean and beautiful. It's especially convenient that there is an elevator.
Please note that parking under the building is paid.
