The apartment is modern, well-equipped, and features a nice balcony. The location is excellent, right next to the metro, which gets you to the city center in just 15 minutes. There is a huge park nearby, a lovely pastry shop, a fitness room, and underground parking. The bed was very comfortable, having a washing machine was a huge plus, and we were very grateful that the host allowed us to check in early. It is also great that the place is pet-friendly.

However, our stay had some significant downsides. The building is still undergoing renovation, so workers started making noise at 6:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep in. Because of the construction, our car in the parking garage got completely covered in white dust. Upon arrival, we were shocked and a bit scared to find a staff member inside the apartment doing something, and he didn't offer any explanation or apology. Furthermore, there is no air conditioning, and staying there in 30°C heat was very difficult because the floor-cooling system wasn't working. Lastly, there are no supermarkets within walking distance, and bringing luggage from the underground parking was quite a hassle since we had to pass through 4 different doors.

Toplage, alles recht neu.

Baulärm früh um 6:30, das war einfach unverschämt. Dadurch war es zu teuer.
