Questa grande casa da 5 BR / 2 Bath è il luogo perfetto per le tue vacanze in famiglia. A pochi passi dalla desiderabile Grand Beach a Old Orchard, ME (tramite un percorso di accesso alla spiaggia), questa bella e ben tenuta proprietà è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per aiutarti a goderti una vera fuga al mare. Questa porzione di OOB è tranquilla e adatta alle famiglie, offre molto spazio per distendersi. Dotato di due docce esterne, barbecue, fornello per aragosta esterno, pozzo del fuoco e area salotto protetta, l'ampio cortile sul retro (palude confinante) è il luogo perfetto per riunirsi per la famiglia dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Inoltre, godrai di una vista del tramonto davvero spettacolare sulla palude. Se preferite l'attività di The Pier e del vicino Palace Playland, avrete accesso spensierato tramite la fermata del carrello a pochi passi dalla struttura. La spaziosa cucina completamente attrezzata ha diverse aree salotto che consentono di ospitare facilmente grandi gruppi. Ogni camera ha la sua TV che consente a tutti gli ospiti di tenersi al passo con i loro programmi preferiti in solitudine. Il terzo piano è dotato di tavoli da ping-pong e biliardino che forniscono ulteriori attività al coperto in caso di pioggia. La casa dispone di accesso WiFi e televisione via cavo, nonché di un altoparlante Bose al piano principale per quelle improvvisate feste da ballo di famiglia. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice in loco e condizionatori d'aria sono installati in ogni stanza. Facilmente parcheggiare 3-4 auto all'interno della proprietà. Le camere da letto possono ospitare comodamente 11 persone e la zona giorno ha un divano futon per una maggiore capacità di dormire. Questa proprietà offre un'opportunità davvero unica per riunire tutta la famiglia per stare insieme e creare memoria.

The property suited our needs very well. It was a very short walk to the access to access to an uncrowned part of the beach across the street. Although on a main road, traffic wasn’t really an issue and it was quiet at might for sleeping. The house was close enough to the wharf and amusement park that we could easily get there when we wished. We enjoyed ourselves and were very comfortable in the house.

My family and I stayed here last year and had a great time, so we returned again this year and had another wonderful vacation. Weather was almost perfect had 1 day of rain and 1 cloudy day, it was good to have a break from the sun. We are looking to stay again next year!

Great place for our family. Easy walkway to the beach. Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Susan, the owner, was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!.

It was not that clean. Greasy pots and pans
Beds for 12 people but enough seating in living room and around the table. Be aware that bedding, sheets and towels are not provided. Good location. Path to the beach right across the street.

This home was great for the 9 of us that stayed. The week we were there, the temps were pretty high, it was awesome having AC in every room to cool us down after the beach. The outdoor showers are a genius addition, this kept sand out of the house and helped wash away the salty water and bits of seaweed. There are a lot of great places to eat but also, the stores are very close to get anything you may need. I recommend staying here! Thanks for a perfect week!

This place was perfect!! Plenty of room enough bathrooms, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and eating. The place was very clean. Location was great just across the street from the beach. The outdoor showers were great when returning from the beach. The house had beach chairs and beach toys. The grills were great and the outdoor lobster cookers were great! Sunsets were beautiful! The only downfall was the mosquitos! But we knew the location would have them, next time will have more spray! All and all it was wonderful and hope to do it again next year.

Despite some visible dust, cobwebs, and a/c filters that were dirty we were overall very happy with our stay. There was plenty of room for all our guests, we loved the lobster cooker and the outdoor showers, plus the short walk to a very beautiful, not crowded beach made the vacation.

Its on the train tracks side but we never heard the trains go by! And right across the street from the beach in a quiet uncrowded area. The only thing that could have made it even greater would be if there was a way to get out back to the patio for grilling from the kitchen as it’s on the second floor, like stairs off the kitchen or something…but we worked it out pretty well. Great place!!

We had an amazing time! Perfect location and big enough for the whole family to fit comfortably. We loved the backyard and outdoor showers were awesome! We loved it!

House was great for our large family. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. The outside showers were great for washing off after the beach. The beach is just right across the street. It was very quite on that side! House is stocked with everything you need only thing I would say is that I wish the living space off the kitchen was larger
