Host was communicative, house was as described. Very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the fun amenities. The location was very convenient for our Spring Training trip.

The host was great and communicated the information we needed. The space was super cute and in a great location, making everything easy to get to. We especially loved the outdoor area and the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was amazin

We were excited about our stay at this property, but upon arrival, became less excited. The house is dated and lacking the small things, but has just enough extras that matter to make it ok.Pros: Hot Tub worked perfectlyPool table/ping pong in good conditionliving room space comfybeds very comfortable, very close to shopping and restaurants at Happy Valley.Owner was quick to address concerns and communicate with.AC worked well.Cons: Neighborhood is a little too sketchy for my liking. A few blocks north makes all the difference. House was not cleaned well at all, dirty and dusty floors and bathrooms. Comforters were all stained (owner did take care of this issue immediately).Outdoor area in need of TLC, kind of run down.Master Bath has what looks like mold on ceiling.I know people in previous reviews complained about the neighbors being loud, but that was not the case. They have a car with loud exhaust, outside of that nothing loud at all. Overall the hot tub and pool table made the house ok, without them we would have been very disappointed. The neighborhood would have me not stay here again.
