Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. We stayed here because it was close to Black Oak Amphitheater and pet friendly. Very convenient for us. The unit did smell of marijuana right upon opening the door and on the patio. Apparently it’s from the unit below? It was a sickening smell for our family as we are not smokers or users. The smell was there for all 3 days of our stay. The condo description does describe the smell to a degree. The floors need a good mopping and the pull out sofa bed needs to be cleaned underneath and in the crooks and crannies. There was no fitted sheet for the pull out, but had a top sheet. Yes, I’m aware they would have fixed these things (but not the pot smell), if I had communicated with them right away. However, we didn’t want to be disturbed during our stay, with a pet, etc. These are some basic things the cleaning staff should be handling with every clean, before guests arrive.

It was a very beautiful condo! Incredible view of the water and very quiet and peaceful! Definitely will be back!

Beautiful lake views and pet friendly.

View overlooks lake. Sitting on the balcony in the morning was peaceful. My biggest issue was the downstairs neighbors evidently live there full time and are heavy smokers. The smell was overpowering both outside and in. Please be aware if you have asthma or are sensitive to odors. The photos are accurate but the property is aging. The kitchen appliances are wearing out, also the cookware and towels.The host has signs in every room of the unit with warnings about additional charges if there is a plumbing service call, or if there is extra laundering because of oils/lotions on the sheets, or ironically if the unit needs to be fumigated due to smoke. Not very welcoming.
