The apartment is immaculate. Everything seems to be brand new. We didn't cook while we were there but the kitchen appeared to have everything we could have needed to do so. It is well supplied with cleaning products, laundry products and shower products. It is very comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace as it was cold and rainy while we there. Excellent location with easy walks to main street for shopping and dining. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Property is extremely clean and well- appointed. Showers are amazing! Very big and lots of water pressure. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. You have your own parking spot so no need to search or pay for parking. Large TV in living room but no TV in bedroom. Would have been nice to have had the bedroom TV. Coffee pot and Nespresso machine but no Keurig. Again, would have been nice to have that. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the people above us were very heavy-footed. Quite a bit of traffic outside the unit as well.

Lovely condo in the heart of Hendersonville.
Just a short walk to Main Street.
Very clean. The fireplace was amazing.
Floors a bit creaky above us but everything else was perfect!

We very much enjoyed our girlfriend getaway at Minette’s downtown condo in Hendersonville. Great accommodations and location. We walked to dinner nightly, shopped daily and it was less than ten minutes to the Carl Sandburg home and the DuPont first for a waterfall hike. I will definitely use Yonder again the next time we are looking for an out of town getaway. They sent easy to use instructions for every aspect of our trip and we’re always available.

A friend and I stayed here while visiting Hendersonville and loved it.
The property was clean and updated as well as very comfortable. It was within walking distance to restaurants in the main part of town.

This location is one block from the top of Main St. Hendersonville and walking distance to everything there. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect jumping off point to the area or just enjoying downtown Hendersonville.

Beautiful apartment with two balconies, and gorgeous hard wood floors. Spacious, yet warm. Comfortable and convenient. Will definetly come back!

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Minette's Downtown Condo. The location is fantastic, and the condo is very clean, updated and comfortable. We were there during the North Carolina Apple Festival which was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Well laid out, both spacious and cozy. Historic feel with modern upgrades. Very clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed. Walking distance to Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants and a close drive to tons of beautiful trails. We had the perfect romantic weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

Easy check in. So clean!!! Walked to town for almost everything we wanted to do. Short drive to national parks. We definitely plan on coming back for a fall stay also.

This historic property was beautiful, clean, well appointed and located within walking distance to town. My only problems during the stay was the upstairs neighbor. You could hear every move they and their dog made and they were heavy footed. Besides that a great property.

Beautiful layout and very clean and quiet, Close walk to Downtown. We have to come back in March, and we rented it again. Make sure if you want cable, you must use your own appl.
