We were really pleased with the condo. It was well furnished & even had extras like a couple of wide brimmed hats for sun protection, a pool noodle, a pair of fins & mask, etc., for our use. Having stayed at the hotel nextdoor last year, it was great having a full kitchen & more room this year. It was much more comfortable & felt more like home. In addition, our balcony space was a good size & we could accommodate four persons with no problem. A friend had a different unit & his balcony would only seat two comfortably. So we lucked out in that way, too, without realizing it when we booked the unit. Plus we liked that we were an end unit.It was also nice that it didn't get crowded at the pools in our area. That may change depending on the time of year, but it was quiet - just the way we like it!The condo's location is a short walk to the 24-court Palmas Pickleball Resort. Downtown shops are easily walkable, too, if you're a walker. Otherwise, you can obtain a van driver nextdoor at the Hotel Palmas de Cortez to drive you places. If you're fishing, you'll walk nextdoor to the dock where the fishing boats pick up guests.As a side note, Steve, the owner, was great to work with & easy to contact with any questions we had. It lent a personal touch, which we appreciated. Our friend, on the other hand, had no communication from his condo owner & only had an impersonal letter from VRBO with the details.All in all, we were really happy with our condo rental experience.

Fantastic condo!

Steve our host was great, had the condo booked and then had to cancel the day before with Steve because of a family emergency, he was great to work with and I was able to rebook our reservation a week later with no problems. The condo is very clean and very well supplied with everything to be very comfortable. Thanks again Steve and look forward to next year.

We are familiar with the area and have been there multiple times looking for a home to purchase. This VRBO is in an excellent location with a beautiful view. You can’t get any closer to the water.Owner/property manager seems attentive. A few things were broken during our stay but appear to be getting fixed. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat, which is probably normal for the area and this time of year.We would stay there again.
