Spencer House is less than a 10 minute drive to Dreams Park. Beautiful, vintage 2 story home with lots of space to accommodate several families & plenty of parking. Karl (host) was extremely kind & responded to messages quickly. Lots of privacy as the house sits on a hill in a quiet neighborhood. Huge yard & grill on site. Loved that there is a washer and dryer too. This is a great choice to stay if needed.

Our group had an amazing experience at the 1860 Spencer House in Milford, NY. The home was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for a large group. With six bedrooms and plenty of beds, everyone had comfortable accommodations, and the six bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready without any hassle. The location was excellent—close enough to Cooperstown and local attractions while still offering a peaceful and quiet setting. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. Thank you for helping make our trip such a great experience!

Location was incredibly convenient to Cooperstown Dream Park and Cooperstown - even from the perspective that coming in from the South made getting into CDP easier. There is ample space both inside and out for multiple families to stay. We brought some yard games/activities.

We had 6 families staying at this idyllic location for our baseball team playing in Cooperstown Dreams Park. Each family had their own bathroom and ability to control the temperature in their own room. Karl was there to welcome us at arrival as well as encourage our boys to do well in the tournament. It was close enough to Dreams Park to run home and grab lunch in between games if needed. We were also able to host a team party where there was room for everyone and access to grill out. There was also a foosball table that the younger siblings kept going every chance they got. Also a large enough kitchen for everyone. Would definitely recommend if looking for an affordable location close to DP with a large group!
