Great location. Close to the water, close to several good restaurants and pub style food. Also, lots of coffee type shops close, good coffee at the 4 we tried. Quick walk to 1 small shopping centre, short drive to another. Apartment itself had pretty much everything you would need supplied or left by previous tenants. Would have no problem recommending.

The directions for finding the parking and the locked box for the key need a little improvement. The locked box is a tiny plastic box big enough for a key but looks nothing like a locked box. More like a plastic case over a combination lock that's visible once you lift the plastic lid. Theres no sign from jubilee st to hobart lane for parking (its open air). Facing the apartment there's a short Stairway not far to the right. Parking spot there at the top of the stairs basically. To drive to the actual parking space following jubilee to the right(facing the property) last turn to the left before the main rd. Quick left, here youll see a sign for Hobart lane, follow lane way to the Stairway/building, there's 3 parking spaces, 1 of which is yours all marked clearly.

isolating no human contact. only vague emergency number . what do you define as emergency? that was the only number to call for problems. we had problems locating our unit as not clearly sent in email. only contact with establishment was throu e mail

Great location and walking distance from Restaurants. Close to shops and easy to get around.

Perfect size for my needs, great layout, quality fixtures, attractive decor.

I would have been happy to keep the electricity bill down and been able to dry some clothes on a rack. It’s sometimes easier doing that as well.

Next to a construction site, was noisy from 7am unfortunately, I was up anyway but a couple mornings I wanted to sleep in. Another 3-4 months it will be finished, I’d stay again, great new place.

Bed wasn't the comfiest but it was fine
