Last minute cancellation by the host, not responding to calls. At the end they called and apologised but the damage was done.

We had a very late check-in but the booking agent was courteous enough to accommodate that and had someone to show us around the property so we wouldn't have to figure out anything that we might need later at night. The property was clean and well-maintained.
They even upgraded the property with a better view.
Nothing in particular. Everything was spot on and as expected.

it was neat and clean, overall experience was good , though it is a bit far from the center, but i had my own car so it was ok for me, will stay there again ..
they should have more amenities, no soaps, we had to ask of soaps, must have netflix connection.

Practically nothing at all
They had no staff, no working AC. Made us switch rooms at 4:00 AM and still the AC issue wasn’t resolved. Instead of being apologetic they started pinning all on us that we checked in late (11:00 PM).

The property had serious plumbing and seepage issues. The only good thing about this property was the view.

Staff at location was not available. Internet was not working well. There was no coffee/tea things available.

Overall everything was good. View and rooms. The staff was also friendly and cooperating.
They changed our room without informing us at the time of check-in.
We specifically booked with lake-view and an apartment with 2 rooms, as per the requirement of our family.
But very unfortunately, at the time of check-in, they said how did you get this price, we can't sell the room at this price. Booking.com overbooked and oversold our rooms, also they changed our booked room by saying that our company owner arrived and they gave our room to him. what a pathetic behaviour.

The staff was very rude and not welcoming at all. They lied and took my money on the pretext of check-in. I asked for a refund since I didn't want to stay given their poor services and shady attitude, but they refused to refund any amount. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very shady place and staff. Non-functional room facilities and no room service. Families should especially stay away in order to be safe.

Interior of the apartment was superb. Very modern and comfortable.
Air conditioner in the bed room was not working properly. Thankfully the living area AC was up to the mark and we kept the door open between the rooms. Overall a good experience.
