The communication with the staff was great. And she was there when we got there for us. It's a Japanese traditional house, so it may not be all singing and dancing, but it was comfortable, all the facility we wanted was there including parking, and it was very safe area.
Not that I didn't like nor it was a problem, but the stairs to upstairs was quite steep (as the lady warned us at the arrival)- I thought to say it here for anyone who may mind it.

"Mr. Nakata, the owner, went above and beyond by showing me around town. The appliances and tatami flooring are all new."
