The breakfast was good and it was just enough. It was freshly made when were ready which helped to have it hot. Our hostess was very friendly and always on hand to help and ready to answer our questions, even before we arrived. The rooms were always clean and the beds very comfortable.

We had to pay extra for water, which ideally should be supplied as part of the room. There was also no water dispenser to fill our bottles. This caught us off guard. The washroom could be cleaned a bit more often, especially seeing as they are being shared between both sexes, and the shower and washroom share the same room. Also if possible, could the loo and shower be separated to allow the three rooms share it efficiently? The room on the far end is ok, with its own shower and loo

Ok for a budget friendly accommodation. Staff were friendly & breakfast was nice. About 45 min walk to busy town area.

The property is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by a small lovely garden with two cute dogs, making it a perfect place to relax after a long journey or before heading out on safari. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. What really made our stay special was the kindness of the staff, who were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. The location is convenient, close enough to Arusha town to get around easily, yet quiet enough to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Overall, it’s good value for money and a place we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Arusha.
