It had everything I needed. Being able to garage the car and not have to haul my golf clubs into the room was a big plus! This is a great location! Take out food and restaurants are within walking distance as is the baseball field, golf course, pickle ball/tennis courts, and public pool. The University campus is two blocks away. It is very cozy and comfortable.
The walls are thin so sounds are heard from the street and adjoining unit. A blackout shade for the window over the A/C unit (also noisy) would darken the room for better sleep. It would be handy to have USB outlets in the lamps by the bed for personal devices. Sofa needed cleaning. Needs a plastic tub for washing dishes since the only sink is a bathroom vanity sink.

The place was comfortable and in a great location.
The bathroom floor was a bit messy and could of used a good sweeping otherwise it was good.

I liked that it was close to everything.
It could have been cleaned better. There was a dirty rubber glove in the yard, and the outside trash can was already full. I had to clean off many surfaces inside as well. Also there was only 2 sets of towels, and we were a family of three there for 2 days, that kind of sucked.

Great location, nice yard for dog, loved the desk area for work.
I could hear everything the upstairs neighbor did. She seemed to be sick quite often… The water bugs were interesting. I wouldn’t see any for days and then I would wake up and 5 would be dead all around.
