So quaint, so perfect and the host was brilliant!!! Got good local advice on where to eat in Williams, amazing little accommodation just perfect for us on our road trip!!

Very good communication with the owner, checked in pre-arrival, during stay and after our stay. Very lovely accommodation, ideal location (we visited both Grand Canyon NP and Williams from here). Lovely that there isn't too many properties within the complex. Very quiet area, meaning a very peaceful sleep. Signage very clear on the property and easy to find the car park to your cabin with plenty of space. Cabin only a short walk from car park. Very good value overall. Beautiful interior design, and very comfortable bed. Very useful information pack too with local food place recommendations, emergency numbers, and all other information you could need for your stay.

My only complaint is the tap in the kitchen water pressure wasn't the best but quite a rural area so to be expected.

Clean, with information about history of Grand Canyon on QR codes by wall art, and informative guest book with recommended restaurants and hikes etc

Could have been proper double bed instead of fold out bed …

Good location for commuting to the Grand Canyon. Not too far from the supermarket.

Strong smell of sweat, the sofa stank so we couldn’t sit on it. I’m guessing when it’s used as a sofa bed guests have sweat a lot on it. Curtains also stained, smelt and people had even written on them, see photos. Property not cleaned properly. All utensils & dishes were greasy & dirty. Previous guests are trusted to wash them I guess & then they are clearly not checked. When we first arrived to drop our things I only noticed straight away that the cutlery was dirty and I told the manager. She came to wash the cutlery whilst we were out, but she didn’t check anything else in the cupboards so when we returned we noticed everything was greasy / dirty and had to wash everything we needed to use. The bed was particularly gross, as you can see in the photos there’s a lot of dress pillows. These must be put on the floor by guests so are covered in debris, hair & dust so of course when put pack on the clean bedding it gets covered in all of these things from the floor. The property is a lot more worn than the photos depict. Dirty walls, skirting boards, rotting grout, calcium build up on shower plugs & heads. Cheap toiletries.
