Everything was excellent. Lovely views, very good facilities including a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The hosts were lovely and quick to fix a small problem. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful.
The only drawback was the narrow lane with potholes to access the property.

Very well equipped and comfortable

Tea and coffee facilities provided, along with a wee welcome basket of wine and cookies, most welcome! A good TV and lounge area, including use of an outside patio and dining area. Shower has good pressure and the ability to use a washing machine during our stay was great. I can't understand previous low ratings for cleanliness as we found the space to be spotless!
The bed was small and the mattress was uncomfortable. The firmness was about right for us, but we could feel springs when we moved, maybe time for a new mattress. The pillows could also do with being replaced, but in all fairness we bought our own (We are pillow snobs!).
