This is a nice located a unit in the duplex. You’ll have a awesome accessibility of nearest places including I5 with an alternative road to escape the trafic.
The unit contains everything for short or long stay. Unfortunately owners don’t have a crib, so we needed to bring it with us.
The nearest Peninsula Park has an awesome playground for kids.
Overall. This is our first time when expectations was absolutely fit with reality.
We stayed during a hot period with 104f. The air conditioning units are too loud, but the owner made their best here and provided two portable units, which helps a lot.

The extra amenities provided were nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The property is located in a nice neighborhood. Easy on street parking. The space was clean. Directions provided were easy to follow.
The furniture in the apartment was not very comfortable. The front door was hard to open. Nothing else that we didn't enjoy. We liked out stay in Portland. The neighborhood was nice. It was as advertised.

They had the a/c going ahead of time because it was extremely hot in Portland!! Fabulous!!

The place was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and dining. The washroom had everything a travelling family need. It had everything a normal home needs for house keeping and a comfortable stay, We wish we could stay more,

location and central heating plus facilities were great
just the neighbours night light and lack of black out curtain to mitigate that plus the beds really creak.

Nice space. Everything was comfortable and easy to access. Clean and inviting. Hosts were accommodating to our timeline.

The place is conveniently located near the city and to my job location. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Setup was easy and the unit has everything I needed. I definitely recommend this place.
It was my first time in the Portland area and I was worried about parking and the safety of my vehicle. A dedicated parking would be nice. However, I do understand this limitation. The unit is located in a safe neighborhood away from prowler and that made me feel at ease.
