It was quiet, not far from the beach. Plenty of room for the two of us for a short getaway
We went at the end of september wed-fri so some places were only open at weekends and the onside club was only open one night we were there and it was a fair walk in a dark road to the nearest pub. Lots of Crane flies around the door.

Stayed in same area many times , as driver - easy to get to the beach and amusements , if walking - don't try to skip the distance by walking by the sea as google maps showing - you will end up in massive puddles and mud baths , we took this road in the middle of the night just for fun and end up like peppa pigs . just go around :)
Loads of other families with children were staying at the same time , so you literally just open the door and you can let the kids outside to play - area is safe .
place could do with a little clean , dust and dead spiders went flying when curtains upstairs were opened ,
But apart of that nothing major at all.
Texted the owners if it's possible to pop in earlier just to leave food in the fridge , received message saying yeah no problem , they will let me know when cleaning is done - when arrived texted them again but never received any reply .

"Lovely property. Homely with plenty of space. Clearly a family property, with games , toys and books around to use.
Owner is very accommodating and friendly, will be booking with her again"
