The staff were very helpful and accommodating, although I’m sorry I forgot to ask for the lady’s name! The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our one-night stay. We also really appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back.
One small point to mention is that it would be great if there was a designated parking space available for hotel guests, perhaps reserved for those staying overnight. However, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They kindly suggested an alternative parking arrangement for us for a few hours, and we were able to move our car later once the pub customers had left. So although parking wasn’t immediately available, the staff were very helpful in finding a solution for us.

I was there 2 nights, the first night was fine. The room is comfortable. The matress has been well used, it has obvious dips, but still comfortable for that. Good shower.
The second night was spoilt by the live music event in the bar downstairs - it felt like it was right underneath me. Thankfully, they did actually stop at 11pm. If I'd known about the event I wouldn't have booked as I knew I needed to sleep early for an early start.
