Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Bar und großem Fernseher recht angenehm eingerichtet. Es lässt sich gut heizen und mit mehreren Leuten kann man da bestimmt die Zeit genießen. Es gibt 2 Toiletten, davon 1 mit Dusche. Die Ausstattung ist alt, aber alles da was man braucht.
Das Schlafzimmer ist eine ehemalige Garage. Ungemütlich, kalt und teilweise mit sehr schlechter Matratze ausgestattet.
Das Apartment roch nach Schimmelentferner und nur im Wohnzimmer können Fenster zum Lüften geöffnet werden.
Die WC-Räume sind beide sehr klein (2 m²) und die Küche ist eine kleine Industrieküche in der man sich nicht gerne aufhält.

Very spacious, well equipped apartment. There were 2 comfortable double beds and even a pull out bed under one of them. Near the train station and within walking distance of the centre of town and plenty of restaurants. We were met at the door and given extra information on keys.
The floor was very nicely tiled throughout the apartment, with mosaics too, but it was cold underfoot. There were 2 small rugs in the bedroom so we moved them each time we sat.

The apartment was in a quiet and safe area, nearby a supermarket. The landlord was very friendly and very helpful to solve any problem i had and suggest me places where i could go.
The apartment had everything as a family wanted and it was very spacious and very hot for the winter.
A little bit difficult to park the car, but the landlord gave me solutions. I would prefer the kitchen to have an oven. Although the owners brought us clean sheets, those weren't ironed.
Some minor cleaning details that the owners must pay attention.

Es war alles da was man brauchte für 2 Nächte, Lage gut fußläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lidl) um die Ecke

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, liebevoll in einem alten Haus ausgebaut. Die Wohnung ist halt klein, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Das Nötigste ist da, was der kleine Raum halt zulässt, ohne dass er überladen ist.

The place had everything we needed, was in a quiet area of town just a block from a Lidl, walking distance from the bahnhof and just a few minutes walk to main shopping streets/bars. Plus, the place had lots of charm.
Bathrooms were very compact but there were 2 of them so that was a bonus.

Very quaint, close to town, shops and railway.. good position.
Lack of cleaning utensils, broom dust pan etc. General Garbage disposal was rather inadequate whereas recycling garbage receptacles were good.. remote control batteries needed replacing.

Bedroom is in converted gararage.. There are big garage doors to the street(although locked) instead of one wall.
Beds are very noisy. Each movement is loud...
But, top it all off , the bedding was dirty. It was definitely not washed, because it smelled! 🤮 Sorry, but we wanted just CLEAN BED on our trip and when I arrive later night, I want to have at least clean beds. Throw them out to waste and purchase new bed on ikea. It is cheap.
My wife working in appartement hotel so she exactly knows, how it should looks like!
We don't need bar or big kitchen. My wife and daughter didn't slept at all during night
Sleeping conditions was horrible.
And there are used dirty slippers in room. I expect it has been used by sleeping waiters.

Great location… and close to everything. Apartment is equipped with everything you need… and owner is very attentive to your needs. Definitely recommend it!

It will not make the rule stronger by multiplying the amount of emojis for No somking, one 🚭 is sufficient, this was in the message I recived for arrival instructions, made me feel unweclomed even though I am a non-smoker.

Great value for money & well positioned. (Not far from town, station & forest area for hiking). Good communication from owner, clear instructions on how to access the property.

it was very interesting experience to be here. Bar was good. Good place, easy to get center by foot. Inside all equipped

Clean house and surroundings.
Basic necessities like towels, shower gel, hand wash, dish soap, salt, sugar, etc were available.
Clean cutlery was also available.
The security pin shared by the owner of pin box where the room key was safely kept was wrong by 1 digit. We had to figure out the pin by ourselves. The pin box usage was new to us but eventually we figured it out. Steps to unlock pin box can be helpful for some people but it's not rocket science, people will be able to figure it out by themselves.
Some kind of house works was going on in the upstairs. It was disturbing at times. Could have planned the property works when no guests are there.
