The Nest Sunset si trova in un piccolo e tranquillo quartiere storico sulla cima di una delle colline di Lisbona. Godetevi la vista completa di questa bella città durante la cottura o avere la vostra cena e andare a letto ha assicurato che nessun rumori della città saranno disturbare il sonno.
Originariamente costruito come alloggio per i dipendenti di una fabbrica di cioccolato, il Ouro comunità privata Estrela D', con le sue decorazioni murali e mosaici azulejo stelle della Galizia è un luogo di riposo unico. La mancanza di traffico di transito e l'atmosfera tranquilla Village offre una fantastica oasi di pace a soli quindici minuti a piedi dal centro della città.
Il più ampio quartiere di Graca è stesa sopra la parte superiore di uno dei sette colli della città, solo una breve discesa a piedi di distanza dal centro della città e uno collina di distanza dal castello di Lisbona. Troverete il più mozzafiato di molti punti di vista di Lisbona "Miradouro da Nossa Senhora do Monte" solo cinque minuti a piedi su per la collina da casa e il famoso tram # 28 fermate proprio dietro l'angolo. Altre attrazioni nelle immediate vicinanze includono il Pantheon Nazionale, il Monastero di "São Vicente de Fora" e il famoso mercato delle pulci "Feira da Ladra" tenutasi il martedì e il sabato.

We had 4 nights here and I wish we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed. Communication and booking was easy and smooth. We were met at check in by Fernanda, who is a delight and speaks near perfect english. She showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and answered all our immediate questions.
The hosts provide a a comprehensive guide to the local area in the apartment with tips on where to eat, get groceries and transit passes as well as day trip suggestions.
It is clean and well organized. The bed was super comfortable and I really appreciated the feather pillow!
The view is spectacular. The neighbourhood is lovely. Graca is a perfect place to stay if you want to get a taste of real Lisboa.
At the end of a long day it was a relief to get the tram back up the hill to this peaceful spot. It's at the end of a very quiet street.
The highest miradouro is just up the street, there are 3 supermarkets within a couple of blocks, loads of cafes and restaurants.
Like I said, it was perfect! I highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed here for a month and had a lovely time. The landlords, Tim and Lubica, live on the first floor of the complex, and were very helpful and kind. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Bus and tram stops are nearby, and the location is just off Largo da Graça , a square with restaurants, grocery stores, pastry shops, etc. You can sit at the table in the apartment, drinking coffee and enjoying the view, or walk to the nearby miradouros (overlooks) of Graça and Senhora do Monte. It is easy to walk to Alfama, São Vincente and the Feira da Ladra, downtown, the Sé, and the castle, etc, since they are all downhill (except the castle), but we were usually lazy and took the bus or tram back up the hill. Ask Tim or Lubica re. tips for local restaurants and activities. They are knowledgeable and can tailor suggestions to your tastes. Highly recommend!
