Lovely location. Comfortable room
No windows at the property at all. Friends of owners were having a ‘get together’ immediately outside the door of our room for most of the evening. Whilst they were friendly and invited us the join them, we did not feel comfortable to use the outside space.

Location was excellent and communication from owner great 👍
A few things that could improve . If offering tea&coffee provide uht milk pods. There was no hair dryer and no iron and sockets Limited in toilet.
The room is very compact with little area to move around bed and no real place to hang clothes so if staying more than 1 or 2 days you'd struggle.
Also 10am checkout at weekends is not great would consider extending as checkin is 4pm ..

This was the perfect place for me while I was working at Silverstone, great location. Paul was an exceptional host, gave me directions when I got lost and showed me directly to the property. The property was exactly what I needed after a long day, the shower was amazing, the bed very comfortable and it was spotless.
Nothing to not like, I'm hoping this will be available again for my next stay! Thanks again Paul, hope to see you again soon.
