not all staff is very eager to help you.

Struttura molto umida, davanti alla porta della nostra stanza e sul balcone era pieno di escrementi di pipistrello. Piscina non pulitissima però potrebbe esser dovuto alla pioggia. Parcheggio davanti all’hotel minuscolo, quello accanto era nel fango.

I’ve stayed here several times in the past and always loved the place. The location is great and the hotel has a lot of charm, which is why I decided to come back.

This time I noticed a lack of maintenance: the toilet lid didn’t match, the glass door lock was broken, and the AC was leaking water onto the floor. Also, when I asked to extend my stay, the receptionist responded in a rather rude way...

The pool area was nice and the Aura restaurant on site where you can have lunch and have breakfast was lovely with good food too. The location was quiet and there was parking (although it was full so not sure if there is enough for everyone).

The check in and check out wasn’t the friendliest, and we didn’t get the WhatsApp with any details on as promised about the stay. Our room was difficult to lock, you had to lift the patio door up to lock it which was quite difficult and the room smelt of damp. They had obviously cleaned it with a strong smelling cleaning product as it was overpowering for the whole night and next morning. The room looked nice enough but it was the smell that wasn’t great. It had a lot of potential as has lovely gardens and nice restaurant but just didn’t feel comfortable.
