Lady at the front desk wasn’t the best. She cussed a lot & just had an overall negative attitude you just don’t want to be around. Room smelled foul.. you could just tell they didn’t actually clean from how awful the smell was.

Staff were very friendly. Place was updated nicely! Bathroom spacious and updated. Nice color scheme. Small rooms, but excellent for the value!

I love the staff, the housekeeping, and the rooms.... But I hate having a cat and there are dogs in the next room... My cats are going crazy and the dogs nextdoor here everything and start barking....All night and day long

Inside and outside needed some cleanup. Happy to have the coffee in the morning but the cups where very small and the coffee was not very good.

I tried to wipe up a mess off the floor….. The rag turned BLACK… It’s very obvious the cleaning staff DOESN’T CLEAN. & I think they didn’t even change my sheets because they had stains on them & it felt like BUGS were crawling all over me.

My only complaint is that there was NO TV remote in the room. Would have been a lot better with it.

There was a bunch of debris in the bathtub. I tried rinsing it out but the drain was clogged. When I reported it a gentleman in the lobby said his room was doing the exact same thing. They also didn't have an ice machine working. I asked how long it had been down and they said it had been down quite a while.

I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt because I think the staff was trying their best to be welcoming. But the accommodations, though mostly clean, had a few problems I could just not ignore. I didn't look at enough pictures of the place to know that it was a one-story motel-type place, with doors on the parking lot. But, the place looked very run down, in need of paint and new fixtures. When we arrived, the office was locked and I had to call to get someone to come over and check us in. The room was clean, but the floors appeared dirty and there was debris behind the bed and around the baseboards. The bathroom door would not close due to it hitting the bed, which could not be moved enough to close the door. The door had a hole in it like someone had punched it. The thing that bothered me the most was that the door to the room had about a 1/4" open space around it (it had no seal), so I didn't feel completely safe. The highway noise was extra loud because of that, and cold air was coming in. We had to stay because of a no-refund policy. The room was clean enough to make that acceptable but I was anxious to leave the next morning. I wish the managers luck but they have a ways to go to make this place acceptable to most people.

Booked because I read mostly positive reviews on Expedia. Arrived to check in 25 minutes early to a mostly vacant complex and was told I needed to pay an extra $20 to do so; so I didn't. Came back and was told I was required to provide my personal address otherwise I would be denied a room. Despite having several rooms vacant they put me next to multiple people despite having a dog. Wife was kept up all night by beeping car horn and barking dog in adjacent room. People sitting in car smoking weed. I asked tenant to keep dog quiet at 2 am. This resulted with less barking but still some barking. The next morning, the tub basin backed up with water. Room was remodeled and beds were comfortable but other factors will deter me from a future stay. Reported all to front desk staff. Subsequently read subpar reviews of hotel on other (not Expedia) review pages.

The check in man was very polite and professional. Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Interior seems to be recently remodeled, new paint, flooring, countertops, beds, furnishings. Very pleasantly surprised for the price, bed was comfortable, sheets were soft, room was small but had a nice size bathroom and the room was clean. Only negative is the exterior is dated and Not many dining options to walk to. I would absolutely stay here again. If you are looking for clean, basic, reasonably price room, they fit the bill.

The bathroom door had been busted in. Appeared to be hit by a fist. The door knobs had been injured as well. People were cursing out side at 4 AM police were summoned

The room was clean, easily accessible, my car was right outside and I could see it from my window. Water is nice and hot. Comfortable bed and pillows. Reception was polite. Pizza place next door was super good

very stingy about towels. bed sheets had several stains on it, didn't really seem washed. cleaner than most though

The prices could be cheaper but all in al lit is a food place clean and friendly staff

Definitely the worst place😫, 1st room, toilet seat and door was broken so I went to the front desk because of course I'm not gonna paid for it, the guy very nice, he apologized and gave us another room, I was happy so move on but, my happiness wasn't long, the same and worse issues, same door and toilet seat broken, bed cloth was dirty, some withe powder around beds not sure what was, full of spiders I called the guy to let him know. We stayed just because I couldn't find any other hotel and my son was tired, but of course we woke up with many spiders bites. So I definitely do not recommend it at all.

If you saw pubic hair, brown spots on sheets, you would leave also. We were offered another room but just because you can see obvious filth, it does not mean that they have are clean. I fought toe-to-toe with Hotels.com and only received a nominal refund. Why should I as the guest be penalized, and the Red Roof Inn receive full compensation when they are not monitoring their housekeeping staff? Also, many of the 10 ratings, I believe are fake as they are often on same day.

We were given a room where the toilet was broke, the remote didn't work and the only channels that would come up were in Spanish. We were given a key to another room just so we could use the bathroom. The managers tried to help us the best that they could, but it needed maintenance. There was also a pot smoker next door where the smoke was getting into our vents and I'm allergic. They said they fine up to $1,000 for that, but I doubt they'll do anything.

had a wonderful experience. The man in the front is very kind and helpful. I didn’t even have to get out of my car to check out and he brought me towels right to the room! Amazing hospitality. The rooms were very clean and roomy! The beds are very cozy as well. I was telling my family about it (I travel every week for work, so I tell them about the hotels I stay in) and the first thing I could compare it too was a remodeled Holiday Inn. It did not feel like a standard Red Roof in like I’m use to. Very nice! And pets are free which is awesome! It’s almost unheard of! 10/10 recommend. I’ve never stayed at a better Red Roof in.

Towels were gray from bas washing. There were BUGS everywhere. Several came out of air conditioning. They were on vanity. Crawling on the bed. Terrible.

Nice clean place for a reasonable price. I spent there just one night.
