We had the best time at What a View! The house, deck and pool area were perfect for our girls long weekend. We would all totally recommend this location. The owners were prompt with responses and provided plenty of helpful information. The view of the lake was spectacular!!!

The venue is lovely. The hosts are so responsive. The extra perks they throw in really were the "cherry on the sundae"! Everyone in our group - from 22 to 86 years old had an amazing long weekend. We will be return guests!

We had an incredible experience at the lake house from the beginning to the end. Clean, comfortable, and so many activities to keep the kids and adults entertained and happy. We never left the home for the 4 days we were there. Easy and prompt communications with the hosts. We hope to have the opportunity to do it all over again.

We absolutely loved this property. Beds are comfortable, plenty of seating for movie night, kitchen is very well stocked and the owner is very nice and responsive. This is the cleanest VRBO i have ever stayed in. The pool is such a nice addition and gave the kids (and adults) something to do in down times. Fans on the porch and mini fridge were a bonus! This space is comfortable and fits 8 without feeling cramped. I've stayed at many VRBOs over the years, and this has to be in my top 3 fave, thanks to owner kindness, cleanliness of property and layout of the home. Highly recommend, and we will be back. Super cute and functional place.

This getaway was specifically to have quality time with my adult children and niece. I could not have asked for a better location, amenities, and coziness. We had the best time and only left the house a few times to get essential items. Everything else we did was right there for us. FABULOUS time! Thank you, Ron and Ann.

Beautiful property. Very nice house and very clean. Pool over looking lake was perfect on these hot days. Rented a boat one day. Lake not crowded at all. Marina just a little ways from rental. Neighborhood very nice and friendly. Lots of history of neighborhood. Great playground not too far from house. Walking at night, see lots of deer. Nice touch with "Welcome" basket. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near by. Highly recommend rental. Would stay again.

The place is great. Plenty of room for our large family, and right on the lake. My little boys loved the infinity pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time in the backyard fishing, swimming, grilling, and playing corn hole and Jenga. The fans on the back porch are perfect for the Texas heat. We weren’t comfortable leaving the boat docked overnight with the mooring poles because of the choppy water, but it was fun being able to pick up and drop off people at the dock throughout the day. My husband and kids loved the honey hole and had some fishing success off the dock. Best part was the hospitality of the hosts. Very communicative and helpful with all of our needs and requests. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home.

The property was wonderful. Centrally located. The fishing from the dock was fantastic! Enjoying the evenings on the patio and hot tub were so relaxing. We would highly recommend this property and host. Great memories!

The hosts were absolutely incredible and welcoming! The house was beautiful with stunning views. Everything we needed was there. The house was fully stocked with essentials in every room (kitchen, restrooms, bedrooms, patio). The hosts were even nice enough to leave a bottle of wine for our arrival! They were always available via text & email for any questions or concerns. Everything was marvelous. We couldn’t have picked a better place to remember my dad on his birthday. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus that we didn’t think we would be able to use in February but my dad had put a good word in for us up above, so we enjoyed those amenities as well and everything was marvelous! We will be back for another stay.

This property was perfect for our short getaway! The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We fished, relaxed, and ate dinner out at different places in the evenings. The host were just a text away for any questions! I highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!

This is the best place on lake Conroe! The house amenities were thought out and detailed for us. The owner communicates very well and it felt like family was looking out for us. Our family will be back in the summer for sure. I couldn't ask for a better way to bring in 2023.

My husband and I decided on a last minute getaway and this property was perfect. It was so clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook dinners each night. The owners of the house were very accommodating and were very quick to respond when we had questions. There was a pool and spa, and although it was too cool to swim, the owner heated the hot tub for us each night within the time frame that we requested. The house is right on the water and if you are an early riser, watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee (they have a Keurig and coffee pods) off the lake is amazing!!! We will definitely stay here again, especially once it’s warmer to take advantage of the pool!
