Thoroughly enjoyed the house. It's perfectly located, only an easy 5-10 minutes walk from the beautiful pristine Sunrise Beach. The house itself is equipped with everything you need: a comfortable lounge room, a big enough kitchen with lots of appliances and kitchenware, a beautiful downstairs pool area and a sunny and breezy upstairs outdoors entertainment area. The master suite and bathroom is very luxurious and absolutely stunning. We ran into a few questions about the house during our 6 days stay but the owner was very accommodating and quickly helped us out. All in all a great place to stay.

This property was everything you could ask for. Beautiful house, so much room, dog friendly, amazing location. Could not rate it enough. The host was always there for us should we need to contact them. Can’t wait for our next stay there. Highly recommended

We were very disappointed with our stay and have never left a poor review in 10-15 years. The property is comfortable however, not the luxury style described in the ad. The Vendor rented out the back bungalow area without any prior communication on this. Their guest’s bathroom was in the lower level of the main house therefore sharing the back yard. We understood we were renting the whole property. The property was not clean. And also not the entertainer’s delight described. The kitchen amenities were poor with heavily scratched enamel pots and not enough serving bowls and plates. Windows and window frames just filthy in living areas. Shower drain blocked causing flooding all over bathroom. Reported to Owner out of courtesy, with no response. TV's of poor quality. Either very poor reception and/or remotes glitchy. TV in master bedroom is faulty. Glass sliding door had to be lifted off its' tracks with force in order to be locked securely. Pool gate does not automatically lock; major hazard for children Outdoor furniture cushions heavily stained, some with mould spores. Outdoor glazing around pool just filthy and littered with cobwebs Mildew on pool tiles right around pool Mouldy calcified grease all over BBQ Pools of cooking fat all over base of BBQ and spilled onto the ground. Hard to avoid stepping in it whilst cooking BBQ. All this whilst house rules threaten a BBQ cleaning fee.
