We like the location in São Bento, away from the tourist hordes and tourist trap areas but still walkable to them. The apartment is across the street from the Assembly of the Republic and there are lots of great restaurants nearby as well as antique shops. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
There was a coffee machine but no pods were provided. Fortunately we had brought our own coffee and a French press.

Location, clean, spacious, super nice service
The sofa bed was uncomfortable for adults, possible ok for small children

The apartment was clean and modern. The hosts were great.
Not comfortable for a family of for adults, as we were. Our children are big, and the sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping. The another thing that is missing is that in the very small bathroom there is no places to put the towels. Also, there was not even one complementary tea or coffee patron for the coffee maker.
