Chambre grande et propre, eau chaude .
Découverte de la vie citadine car relativement dans le centre.
réservation faite pour 3 nuits.
A notre arrivée paiement de la réservation, le personnel de l'hôtel nous dit que en fait c'est 4 nuits que nous avons réservé.
Ok si c'est 4 nuits, on va rester 4 nuits . Seulement pour la 4ème, on nous réclame le prix d'une nuitée donc pas cool.
Ce n'était pas dans nos plans de rester 4 nuits.
Petit déjeuner conforme à un petit déjeuner indien donc ok .
Par contre délivré dans la chambre à heure fixe 8h donc pas de choix pour se lever.
Sans table ni chaise, pas toujours évident

Location was ok and it's in old city of Pune. Breakfast was not at all good. No options of alternative breakfast. Tea was pathetic.
No facilities as of hotel. No experience of Hotel. It is just house turned into so called hotel.

We check in 11 Am and owner continue asking for checkout we paid him 1460 then he demanding Rs 500 extra his wife very rude we request don't book those properties

Breakfast could have been better packed.tea got cold too soon.
Finding motel was bit difficult as no board outside the building was there
A better guidance to locate the hotel..some Landmark should be there in address

Positioned in one of the main central shopping and restaurant locations. The motel provides a light complimentary room service breakfast each morning and has daily room cleaning.
The TV service and wifi connection could have been better. Especially in subscribing to a few English language stations for international guests.

Not much clean,
I feel area is safe whatever I had come for purpose it was near to me that's why I select Malwade motel

We had a very nice and confortable stay. We initially booked only for one night but we stayed 3 nights in total. Room and bathroom were clean and looked quite new or well maintened. We had breakfast included, so every morning around 8am we had been delivered breakfast to the room, chai and indian traditional food, every day different.
The entrance of the hotel it's not visible, and to get in you will need to go through a kind of garage, at the underground floor.

This is the 2nd time when I booked this hotel but same reason i'm getting from them that our hotel room is full no room is vacant,so kindly cancel your booking.
This is the service i'm getting..
I had to search other hotel.
Such a service is not expected.
