Tanya was Excellent let us check in early. Room was very clean...she was readily available for our needs. Beautiful place!

There was no TV to watch. We had planned on being able to watch a movie with it being winter. I reached out to Evolve to see if we could get a discount haven't heard anything yet.

Views were great, loved everything the condo had to offer with spices, coffee etc

The lodge as a whole has really gone downhill, whoever owns it now isn't keeping up on the facilities. Bathroom stalls with no locks, hot tub didn't have working jets. With your specific unit the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open & whoever cleaned the room did not clean the toilet, I let them know this information because it made us feel like what else did not get cleaned? I think Suncadia has a reputation for luxury, so it was just a little disappointing that it seems that standard has not been upheld with the new ownership. We wouldn't stay again because of this. It wasn't your unit that was the problem it was more the downfall of the lodge itself
