Unfortunately after showering we found both towels were dirty. Looked like dirt stains . Didn’t complain . Day two towels were fine

Clean and liked the location

Location is just perfect. Very close to everything of London but not in the middle of the busy areas of the city. Lot of groceries and restaurants, of course the mall, the tube, the uber boat and the wonderful park. Hotel itself was great, very artistic, modern design, clean and modern rooms. Most important for light sleepers like me: I was worried about the train track that mentioned in some reviews. I reserved the (Plus Twin) which is allocated to floors 4 to 10. I got floor 6 and my room was facing the track directly (check the photo), I can hardly hear the train if I am awake. So, the soundproof claim is real (i am very light sleeper btw). AC was perfect and not noisy at all. Yes, I will book again if price wasn't too high.

Okay, price is a bit high! Room is bit small, everything else is neat and cool.

Sabrina the Hotel Manager is a lovely accommodating Lady

The reason we booked this Hotel was The Infinity Pool. We were informed 2 days before our Anniversary day celebrations the pool area is closed on our date ? We were upgraded into a lovely room , but the hotel was suffering AC Problems in a London Heatwave and di not have working AC in the room. We were given fan that turns it self off after 2 hours, and we had to keep resetting it in the night.. Sorry.. Nevertheless They have lovely Staff especially Sabrina .. We are still not happy about our 38th Wedding anniversary celebration Hotel
