- Nice location - Very nice and helpful host - Comfortable beds - Fresh and new - Natural light in the bathroom

- Very overpriced for what is offered, in my opinion. This is a premium price for an average apartment. - The apartment feels cold and not cozy, lacking any sense of warmth or a “home” feeling. Furniture and decoration feel cheap. - Dark on the lower floor (living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom) - Noticeable noise from the street in both bedrooms (the upper bedroom is slightly better and acceptable). The apartment is located on a busy one-way street, and most windows face directly onto it. - The internet was fast, but often unreliable. Even with a strong signal, the connection frequently did not work well. - Very cold in terms of temperature, this was the first time in my 4-week stay in Tenerife that I had to use the heating - Empty balconies
