Worst stay ever

Absolutely nothing

It was a low grade lodge, due to holiday I have to pay 1800 per night this was a nightmare for me bedbugs, spiderweb, shady people staying next to you, unclean rooms and bathroom, flush was broken. It was a classic example of poor management. When I raised this concern to the owner he simply said this is not managed by him but his father and hence he doesn't know much about it.

Ruined entire trip

Extremely bad experience at Raghav Residency. We had a confirmed booking from May 1 to May 3 with check-in at 12 PM. Due to unavoidable traffic, we informed and reached by 5 PM. Shockingly, at 4 PM the staff called saying someone else had already checked in under our name and asked us to move to another property (Raghav’s Retreat). On arrival, no proper room was available. We were given a low-quality room that looked like a driver/staff room, completely different from what was booked and paid for. The staff refused to provide the actual room or any proper solution. This is clear mismanagement and overbooking. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. Our trip was badly affected because of this. Highly NOT recommended. Please avoid this place.

Management over booking for extra price very unprofessional irresponsible behaviour

Worst experience in Chikmanguluru stay

The property location was good. Owner's son was cooperative. These are the only positive things about the stay.

The owner was asking for more money than the amount we had booked. We had to pay otherwise he was not letting us stay. We rode all the way from Kerala and he was like if you can't pay please leave. We had to pay the amount. This shouldn't be the case. They should only charge the amount for what we have booked. If they need more money they should update that on the site or on the app. Another thing was hygiene. Blankets and bed looked clean but we were not able to sleep the whole night. There were bugs in the blankets or bed which was biting us the whole night. We had to leave in the morning and head towards goa on our bikes and this happened the night we stayed in chikmanguluru. It was terrible experience. Another thing to highlight was we forgot our DJI accessories at the stay and when we asked about it they refused that it was there.
