Very good location, quite quiet although the street is very busy. We used washing maschine which was very helpfull.

Bathroom was not very clean and paid parking on the street

Washing machine and clothes airer, supermarket below, 2 mins to main road. Bottle of water, coffee and tea bags provided. Has fridge, kettle and 1 electric ring, crockery and cutlery. We wanted somewhere to catch an early morning flight and didn't want to pay a lot esp on the 2nd night when we had to leave at 4am for early flight.

Unfortunately the main road to Freedom square just been closed off (4 months apparently), so we walked to the metro. Not many restaurants in this area for a hearty meal, one next to the appartment was closed and the restaurants on the main raod served coffee and light snacks. Bit tricky opening the doors at first (you turn the key on one side of the door and push other side to open), esp the 2nd door where you have to pull it towards you before it clicks to open the door. Power cut middle of the night (1-4am) but this might be common, happened before at another place in Tbilisi. TV didn't work.
