Excellent location and a beautiful breakfast, clean and modern.

Not all staff could converse in English but it wasn't an issue. My biggest issue was breakfast - whilst the breakfast itself was limited to four dishes though beautifully presented, there was no option of salt. I respect when eating Japanese food to not need salt, but western dishes often do need salt to add a bit of flavour. When I asked the staff it was a firm no ... I've never encountered any restaurant that does not offer salt to diners, even Japanese restaurants have this (and I also mentioned it in Japanese to be sure). The setup is also confusing, there is a station with instructions to put plates after finishing but when I did this staff took over, why have signs that guests will assume indicate they are to clean up afterwards when that isn't the case. Overall the room wasn't very big but we were well appointed and I loved having a shower instead of a bath. No laundry facilities unfortunately and no facilities at all.

Very good central location, close to bars/restaurants, shops, bus stops. Room is relatively large compared to Japanese standards; window can be opened (this is not obvious in Japan). Delicious breakfast - you can choose from 4 different varieties.

The hotel is great and beautiful! Also great location! Very comfortable as well! Good prices! We really enjoyed our stay!

We didn’t enjoy the breakfast that much! You select from a Menu of 3-4 options. My husband and I tried different options but we didn’t like it much. We decided no to have breakfasy there the second day of our stay! But the rest was perfect!

Was very close to many food options and the markets

An extremely small room, and no shelving to put anything on. They say it’s 4 stars but I think 3 star is a better description.
