Second stay at the Elser and the staff is just exceptionally friendly and helpfull! Great location and very nice pool.

It has all you need if you are travelling for a while and want to do laundry
Wasn’t all that fond of the service. One of the guys on front desk (who could be duty manager) is not in the slightest welcoming nor warm. The concierge desk in centre of lobby needs to be reminded what their role actually is because they couldn’t distinguish the difference of express checking vs. full check in.
