Clean, good facilities, free parking
Needs a lick of paint, in certain areas, round doors
Bannister, new handle on the bathroom door.,
Small nails coming through stairs carpet, catchrs your heels if barefoot.

Good value for money. Had all we needed for a short stay, including smart TV. Front room bed was comfortable. Although parking was on the street, we had no difficulty finding a place. Availability of non-slip mat for the bath/shower was good for older people like us. Electrical problem was rectified quickly. Good location for visiting places of interest around Hull. Close to bus routes, bars and restaurants.
Our son said that the back room bed was too hard. We could not open the front bedroom window, which was an issue given very hot weather at the time. It needs to be fixed.

There is a lot of shops around to get food and drinks. As well as places a lot of nice places to eat out.
There are a lot of steps and stairs for a house and my friend who uses a walking stick had struggled a little bit, but that was expected for a two story house.

The host contacted me a few hours prior to our arrival, check in was ok.
A welcome book and how to use things and check out procedure would have been most helpful.
