Location, size of apartment.
Property and apartment are tired, needs repairs and painting. Furniture is dated and cheap.

Great position to town and beach.
Beds are well overdue for an upgrade in this price bracket. Servicing should be weekly not mid stay. Apartment is due for a freshen up.

The location was fantastic! Short walk to the beach and Main Street. Easy to access property with keypad. property was clean and had a very well stocked kitchen including common pantry items, clingfilm, dishwasher tablets etc
Would have liked to know the property was on the third floor. With two small children this information would have been useful to know prior to booking. I did not realise the unit itself was also split across multiple levels. My children got the hang of all the stairs eventually. I would deem this property not child friendly for future guests
