Great location, near many shops, restaurants, and sights. The apartment is a good size for a family. There is a nice view from the balcony.
The property is in urgent need of basic maintenance. The bathroom door handle is broken, the balcony doors and shutters do not close properly, and the TV shows no channels. These issues have been mentioned repeatedly in previous reviews, yet they still haven’t been addressed.
I contacted the host about the TV not working and was told twice that someone would come to fix it, but no one ever did. When you pay 371 euros for 3 nights outside peak season, it’s reasonable to expect essentials like a functioning TV and a bathroom door that isn’t broken.
It’s a shame, because with some maintenance and attention to guests’ feedback, this property could easily offer a much better experience.
