location was great. Just far enough away from downtown to be comfortable. lots of extras in the garage for the beach and pool. Kitchen had pretty much everything that we need for living the next week (with exception of groceries - suggest to anyone to have Sams or Walmart deliver them soon after your arrival - Ask Karen details on how to get them through the gate) O yeah the gate. At first i felt it was annoying that they required so much information on our guests and the vehicles that we drove in. But once we arrived I understood their policies. The little community feels quite safe for that very reason. Al in all it was a great stay!!

The home was beautiful, close to everything, and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great! There was plenty of space for the 12 of us. The owners were wonderful and answered any questions we had immediately. We would definitely return!

It was a quick turnover, so a couple of things were missed by the cleaners, but nothing major. There was some food left in the freezer, and dishes in the dishwasher. The downstairs fridge was broken when we got there, and someone had definitely left seafood in it. Though the seafood was gone, the smell was terrible if you opened that fridge. We did let the owners know, and they are going to fix or replace that fridge.
